J’ai fais tout le nécessaire. Un rapport de l’expert a signalé que: “Il faut remettre en cause la responsabilité du propriétaire..”
Le propriétaire n’est pas joignable. J’ai envoyé une lettre de demande de travaux avec A.R.
1. On m’a signalé que j’ai le droit de suspendre mes paiements de loyers tant que les travaux n’ont pas été effectué, Est ce vrai ? Des risques pour ma caution de 700€ ?
2. Est ce que je peux résilier mon contrat de bail en 24H dans le cas ou mon propriétaire continue à ignorer mes demandes de travaux et mes lettres avec A.R ?
3. Est ce qu’il est judicieux de poursuivre le propriétaire en justice ? Quel motif juridique évoquer dans ce cas l�
